Position Objective Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions simultaneously, ensuring the identification, assessment, and presentation of qualified candidates within established timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct client intake meetings to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and job boards.
• Proactively source candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Assess candidates' competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different industries simultaneously.
• Meet recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and placement targets.
• Prepare and deliver recruitment progress reports. Candidate Requirements Education
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or talent consulting firm.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
