• Technical or Engineering degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable or electronics assembly.
• Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications.
• Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong hands-on skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. What Your Background Should Look Like Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
