What this job entailsThe Events Coordinator manages all aspects of corporate events, meetings, and special functions within JLL-managed facilities for Salesforce, ensuring flawless execution, facility operation, and client satisfaction. This role leads the Events Analysis and Execution team (Events Analysts and Events Assistants), serving as the primary point of contact with the client. Manage end-to-end event planning: venue selection, space setup, capacity, timelines, vendors, and logisticsOversee room bookings, space setup, and catering, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal disruptionCoordinate A/V equipment installation and technical support for presentations, conferences, and multimedia events (including coordination with IT)Oversee catering and hospitality: food, beverages, vendors, dietary accommodations, and special amenitiesServe as the primary client contact: consulting, budget guidance, and feedback collection for continuous improvementCoordinate with security: access control, parking, vendor access, deliveries, and cleaningLead and follow up with the Events Analysts and Events Assistants teamDesired experience and technical skillsBachelor's degree in Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field4+ years of experience in corporate event management, with experience leading teamsProficiency in project management and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)Experience with event management software, registration platforms,
