Reporting to the VP, Finance the Sr Manager, Finance is responsible for leading the financial controllership function for the Component Services business. This role owns financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, working capital, inventory, cash management, financial reporting, controls, compliance, and business partnering activities. The position acts as the primary finance leader for the business, supporting executive decision-making and directing shared service teams responsible for transactional finance processes.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
Own P&L;, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.
Provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards.




Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive business performance.
Review and approve business cases, commercial proposals, and investment decisions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and reporting.
Manage and provide direction to GBS teams supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, master data, and reporting activities.
Coach and develop finance talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience in Finance, FP&A;, Controllership, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial Finance.
Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business partnering.
Strong ownership of P&L;, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash management.
Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting principles.
Advanced ERP (SAP/Oracle), Excel, and financial analytics tools.
Advanced English required; professional finance certification (CPA, CMA, CA, MBA) preferred.
