Key Responsibilities Manage and prosecute a docket of civil and commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research, analyze complex factual scenarios, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
Draft, file, and argue pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in virtual hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
Conduct and defend depositions remotely using appropriate technology.
Communicate effectively and proactively with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys on case strategy and execution.
Ensure compliance with all procedural rules and ethical obligations
