About the Role
Our client, a dedicated institution focused on providing specialized education in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes , is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher. This crucial role involves designing and delivering individualized instruction to students with diverse learning, emotional, and behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.

Provide direct instruction tailored to students' specific learning objectives and needs.

Create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Assess students' progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, and school support staff.

Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and appropriate strategies.

Integrate assistive technology and specialized resources into instruction.





Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.

Participate in professional development activities to stay current with special education practices.

Advocate for the needs of students with special educational requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.

Valid teaching certification/license with a specialization in Special Education in Mexico.

Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching students with special educational needs.

Proven experience in developing and implementing IEPs.

Strong knowledge of various disabilities and effective instructional strategies for diverse learners.

Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success.

Proficiency in Spanish is required.

Must be able to work on-site in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes .
