The Senior Quality Manager role involves maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

NPI management.

CAPA management (CARs).

Documentation creation.

Customer service.

Systematic corrections.

Management of zero-defect operations.

Personnel management.

Follow-up with Engineering.
