Are you passionate about networking, troubleshooting, and solving technical problems?
We’re looking for a Network Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Apodaca. This is a customer-facing technical role supporting networking and telecommunications solutions, idóneo for someone who enjoys understanding how networks work, investigating issues, and finding solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Around 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Networking, NOC, Telecommunications, or a related environment
Good networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, DHCP and DNS
Basic Linux knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Professional working English




Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Extreme Networks, Dell, HP, Alcatel or similar technologies is a plus.
Basic exposure to Python, Bash, PowerShell, automation, Docker or virtual environments is also welcome, but you don’t need to be an expert.
We’re interested in people with solid fundamentals, curiosity, ownership, and a genuine desire to continue learning.
