An agricultural company is looking to fill the position of Plant Supply Manager, LATAM | Commercial Partnerships & Business Operations , based in Querétaro.
Do you have experience in supply chain and commercial management of suppliers or strategic partners, as well as an advanced level of English?
Have you negotiated commercial terms and managed relationships with suppliers, producers, or other partners in the agricultural sector?
Do you reside in Querétaro and are you available for national and international travel?

The person in this role will be responsible for managing the supply of berry plant material for growers in Latin America, coordinating orders, plant availability, deliveries, logistics, imports, and invoicing.



They will be responsible for the overall relationship with external propagators and breeders, negotiating agreements, following up on commitments, and ensuring efficient coordination between partners, growers, and internal teams. They will also analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and independently address various operational and commercial needs, contributing to the company's growth and the strengthening of its strategic relationships.
Area of job: Latin America (domestic and international travel, main coverage in Mexico)
Area of residence: Querétaro (essential)
