Our client is seeking a dedicated Asesor Pedagógico de Aula Virtual with a specialization in Educación Inicial for their operations in Morelia, Michoacán, MX . This hybrid role requires a passionate educator to guide and support teachers in delivering high-quality virtual learning experiences for young children. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our online educational programs are engaging, effective, and developmentally appropriate. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and proven experience in virtual teaching environments. Key Responsibilities
Provide pedagogical support and coaching to teachers implementing virtual classrooms.
Assist in the development and adaptation of curriculum for online delivery.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators on best practices in virtual early childhood education.
Monitor student engagement and learning outcomes in virtual environments.
Develop and curate digital resources to enhance learning experiences.
Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of educational tools.
Evaluate the effectiveness of virtual teaching strategies and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in online education.
Requirements
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education.
At least 2 years of experience teaching or advising in a virtual or online environment.
Solid understanding of child development and early learning theories.
Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in Spanish.
