Responsabilidades Clave Manage the procurement process for MRO supplies, including spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance services.
Identify and evaluate suppliers of MRO products and services, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and lead times.
Maintain an accurate database of MRO items, suppliers, and pricing information.
Analyze MRO spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to understand their MRO needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels for MRO items and implement strategies to optimize stock.




Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and safety standards for MRO supplies.
Process purchase requisitions and orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to MRO orders, deliveries, or supplier performance.
Requisitos Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on MRO or industrial supplies.
Experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of MRO product categories and supplier markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid environment in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX .
Fluency in Spanish required.
