Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what is shipped solves the problem.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimating new projects.
