Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, courses, and learning modules for adaptive learning platforms.
Apply principles of instructional design and learning theory to create personalized learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into engaging and effective learning objectives and activities.
Create assessments and activities that effectively measure learning outcomes within an adaptive environment.
Utilize authoring tools and learning technologies to build and implement digital learning content.
Analyze data from adaptive learning systems to evaluate content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure content is accessible, culturally relevant, and meets quality standards.
Stay current with research and best practices in adaptive learning, online pedagogy, and instructional design.
Provide guidance and support to SMEs and content developers on instructional design best practices.




Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional design processes and standards.
Requirements Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a specific focus on e-learning and digital content development.
Proven experience designing for adaptive or personalized learning systems.
Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and assessment design.
Proficiency with common e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience analyzing learning data and using insights to inform instructional design decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
A portfolio showcasing instructional design work is highly desirable.
