About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Diseñador/a Gráfico/a Senior with a strong specialization in Experiencia de Usuario (UX/UI) to join their entirely remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity and user interaction of cutting-edge digital products. You will be responsible for translating complex ideas into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that resonate with our target audience. We are looking for a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for user-centered design principles. This position requires a deep understanding of design software, prototyping tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities
Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user research and product requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user needs and design solutions. Ensure consistency in design language and user experience across all platforms. Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Create and maintain design systems and style guides.



Present design concepts and rationale clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy of the company.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout. Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for remote teamwork. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
