About the Role Our client, a dynamic regional distributor, is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor de Logística y Almacenamiento to oversee their operations in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca . This role is critical for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and the safe handling of goods. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.
Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
Ensure efficient space utilization and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.
Coordinate with transportation providers for timely inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of warehouse systems.




Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for the warehouse team.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
Proven experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift and move goods as required.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing operations.
Must be willing to work on-site in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca .
