Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), treasury, tax, and investor relations.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.




Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
Drive efficiency and implement best practices in financial processes.
Evaluate and execute strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or CPA designation strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with significant experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in a growing company.
Proven experience in financial strategy development, capital raising, and investor relations.
Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and corporate finance.
Experience with international finance and global markets.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex financial situations and drive change.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of technology industry dynamics is a plus.
