Key Responsibilities Analyze existing administrative processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Design, document, and implement new or revised administrative workflows.




Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions.
Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand their administrative needs.
Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks.
Train staff on new processes and systems.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare reports on process efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Manage administrative process improvement projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management or process improvement roles.
Demonstrated success in analyzing and redesigning business processes.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Familiarity with process mapping tools and project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
