Role Description The Farmer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Monterrey, NLE. The Farmer will be responsible for planning and carrying out daily agricultural activities, including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops. The role includes monitoring soil and crop health, managing equipment and tools, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the farm premises. The Farmer will track production, follow sustainable farming practices,



and coordinate with supervisors or farm managers on schedules, supply needs, and quality standards. This position may also involve basic maintenance of machinery, record-keeping, and collaboration with other team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications

Experience with crop production, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting.
Ability to operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of soil health, pest management, and sustainable agricultural practices.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic record-keeping skills for tracking yields, inputs, and daily activities.
Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with farm staff.
Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or related work is preferred.
