About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Especialista en Limpieza Hospitalaria de Alto Nivel to join their esteemed team in Torreón, Coahuila . Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs for all areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, operating theaters, emergency departments, laboratories, and common areas.

Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of biohazardous waste.

Manage and train a team of cleaning staff, providing ongoing guidance and performance evaluations.

Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.

Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and instruments according to established protocols.





Respond promptly to any spills or biohazard incidents, following emergency procedures.

Collaborate with nursing staff, doctors, and facility management to address specific cleaning needs and concerns.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in healthcare sanitation and hygiene.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospital or healthcare facility cleaning, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or specialist role.

In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and sanitation equipment.

Familiarity with infection control standards and biohazard waste management.

Excellent understanding of OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in specialized cleaning or infection control is a plus.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderately heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish.
