Meaningful Work From Day One The On-Premise Regional Manager will lead and inspire a team to ensure Brown-Forman's key brands are built in key segments, with the right support to maintain presence and prominence within the channel.
What You Can Expect Actively contribute to developing and implementing the channel strategy, ensuring proper implementation of brand guidelines and managing P&L; and ROI across projects to optimize investment.
Analyze the total market and target segment to understand industry dynamics, competition, and consumer behavior, identify growth opportunities for Brown-Forman, and ensure a dominant position in key accounts.
Continuously train and educate (internally and externally) on Brown-Forman culture, brands, and values, ensuring that all executives follow and implement the steps of the visit, use effective negotiation principles, and utilize Salesforce as a work tool.
Recruit, retain, and develop the best talent for Brown-Forman; develop the team's career plans and ensure proper planning and execution to secure the most important accounts.
Manage and control budgets, ensuring proper implementation of the budget strategy,



impeccable administration and control of client databases, and active communication with the team of wholesalers to ensure proper business processes.
What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years leading on-premise and/or sales teams for global consumer product brands.
Experience in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, and market analysis platforms.
Knowledge of finance, marketing, effective negotiations, coaching, and leadership.
