About the Role
Our client is looking for a visionary Gerente de Programas de Aprendizaje Temprano to lead their initiatives in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX . This crucial role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of all early learning programs within the organization. The adecuado candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood development, pedagogical best practices, and program management. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic plans for early learning programs.

Oversee the curriculum design and implementation, ensuring it meets developmental and educational standards.

Lead, train, and mentor a team of early childhood educators and support staff.

Manage program budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.

Establish and maintain strong communication channels with parents and guardians.

Monitor program effectiveness through regular assessments and evaluations.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Represent the organization in community outreach and partnership development.





Drive innovation and continuous improvement in early childhood education practices.

Requirements

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in early childhood education program management.

Proven leadership experience managing teams and diverse programs.

Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches.

Experience in budget management and financial oversight.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and foster community relations.

Proficiency in educational assessment and evaluation methods.

Knowledge of relevant licensing and accreditation standards.
