Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation. Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff and supervisors to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with standards. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.



Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Lead initiatives for process optimization and the adoption of new cleaning technologies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on cleaning or facilities management. Proven experience in leading and managing large teams. Strong understanding of cleaning best practices, technologies, and safety protocols. Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
