About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Head of Construction to lead diverse building projects in the vibrant city of Puebla, Puebla . This role is pivotal in managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of residential and commercial developments. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

Manage and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize performance and workflow.

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures across all work sites.

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.

Manage site logistics, material procurement, and equipment utilization effectively.

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers,



and local authorities to ensure smooth project progression and compliance.

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in construction management, with a significant focus on residential and commercial buildings.

Demonstrated success in leading construction teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Thorough understanding of construction codes, regulations, and best practices in Puebla, Puebla .

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with mixed-use developments is a plus.
