Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into buildable requirements. You’ll bridge clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
You’ll shape scope for new projects and ongoing maintenance across client builds and internal products. You’ll document current and future states, identify risks and dependencies, and help prioritize the backlog for two-week sprints.
