In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of the payment systems that power millions of transactions every day. By driving testing excellence across complex Mainframe environments, you’ll help protect client experiences, strengthen operational performance, and support the delivery of secure, scalable payment solutions. You'll collaborate with talented technology and business teams, influence quality standards, and create meaningful impact while building expertise within a general organization committed to innovation and the future of commerce.

What You'll Own

Drive the quality and reliability of critical payment platforms by leading end-to-end testing efforts across Mainframe applications, ensuring solutions perform accurately and consistently for clients and the business.
Influence successful delivery outcomes by identifying risks early, validating complex business requirements, and ensuring new functionality enhances system performance without disrupting existing operations.
Strengthen system integrity and operational confidence through expert execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), batch processing validation, and analysis of COBOL programs and Job Control Language (JCL) job streams.
Accelerate issue resolution and continuous improvement by uncovering defects, performing root cause analysis, and partnering with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Elevate testing excellence across the organization by sharing expertise, mentoring team members, and helping shape quality assurance practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term business success.





What You'll Bring

8+ years of quality assurance and software testing experience , including extensive hands‑on experience performing manual testing within enterprise environments.
Strong Mainframe testing expertise , including COBOL, Job Control Language (JCL), Customer Information Control System (CICS), TSO/ISPF, and batch processing validation.
Proven experience leading System Integration Testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, regression testing, and defect management efforts across complex business‑critical applications.
Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective testing strategies , test scenarios, and measurable quality outcomes.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills , with the ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and drive successful delivery results.

It's a Bonus If You Have

Experience within the payments, banking, credit card processing, or financial services industry .
Experience with performance and load testing , helping validate system scalability and operational readiness.
Exposure to test automation and API testing tools such as Selenium, UFT, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or SoapUI.
