This executive position involves identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international trade, market analysis, and strategic planning, coupled with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in international markets.
Develop and execute strategic plans for market entry and expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure successful international operations.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
An MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in international business development or global sales.
Proven track record of successfully developing new markets and closing international deals.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.

Proximity to or experience in the business environment of Monterrey, Actual León is a plus.
