Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and field engineers, to develop and implement electrical project plans.
Conduct detailed technical analyses, including load calculations, power system studies, and feasibility assessments, using industry-standard software.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, such as schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, providing remote guidance and support to installation and commissioning teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively propose and implement solutions.




Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders through regular virtual meetings and detailed reporting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices within the remote work framework.
Support the procurement process by defining technical requirements for electrical equipment and components.
Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical project engineering, design, or a similar role.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) and simulation tools.
Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NOM, IEEE, IEC).
Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with a high degree of self-management.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Experience with power distribution systems, control systems, or industrial automation is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must be authorized to work remotely within Mexico.
Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
