Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle implementation of ERP systems, from system selection and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Manage cross-functional project teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and business stakeholders.
Oversee the definition of business requirements and ensure the ERP solution meets these needs.
Manage change management activities, including communication, training, and user support to ensure successful adoption.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing effective solutions.
Coordinate with ERP software vendors and third-party consultants as needed.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators,



and provide regular status reports to senior management.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the defined quality standards.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful system go-live.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on ERP system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects from start to finish.
In-depth understanding of ERP modules and business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR).
Experience with change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP implementation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly desirable.
