Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual coaching sessions with clients to identify goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Facilitate engaging and interactive online workshops and webinars on various personal and professional development topics.
Create and curate digital resources, including articles, guides, and tools, to support client learning and development.
Utilize various communication platforms (video conferencing, email, messaging) to maintain regular contact with clients.
Track client progress and provide regular feedback and encouragement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in coaching, and emerging tools for remote professional development.
Contribute to the development of new coaching programs and service offerings.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
A Master's degree or relevant coaching certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching, counseling, human resources, training, or a related field.
Proven experience in guiding individuals through personal and professional development processes.
Exceptional active listening, empathy, and communication skills, adapted for virtual interactions.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and coaching methodologies.
Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), online collaboration platforms, and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Ability to develop engaging online content and workshop materials.
Experience working with diverse client bases is a significant advantage.
