Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of sales strategies to drive bookings and revenue for the group's properties.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).

Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and client communication.

Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.

Prepare sales reports, analyze booking trends, and provide insights for improvement.

Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.





Maintain updated information on online travel agencies (OTAs) and the company website.

Participate in local tourism events and trade shows to promote the brand.

Requirements

Experience in sales, marketing, or coordination roles, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, especially as applied to the travel sector.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, booking platforms, and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of the local tourism market in Morelos is a plus.

Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
