About the Role Our client, a renowned educational center in Mexicali, Baja California , is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join their vibrant team. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects, observing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child's development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Facilitate children's learning through play-based activities and structured instruction.
Observe and assess children's developmental progress, documenting observations.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the curriculum and school programs.
Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children.




Manage classroom routines and ensure adherence to school policies and safety standards.
Organize and lead educational activities, crafts, and games.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children.
Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education methodologies.
Excellent classroom management skills and ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid) are a plus.
Proficiency in Spanish is required.
Must be able to work on-site in Mexicali, Baja California.
