About the Role Our client is actively seeking a talented and driven Senior Data Scientist to join their innovative team in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí . This role is central to uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will leverage advanced statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data mining strategies to solve challenging business problems. Working closely with business stakeholders and other data professionals, you'll identify key trends, build predictive models, and communicate your findings effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sophisticated statistical and machine learning models to address business challenges.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models and insights into production systems.
Identify new data sources and analytical opportunities to enhance business value.
Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge base.




Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analytical process.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Requirements Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on statistical modeling and machine learning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Solid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting complex information to diverse audiences in San Luis Potosí .
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with big data technologies is a plus.
