About the Role Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Especialista en Desarrollo y Bienestar Infantil for their facilities in Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX . This hybrid role focuses on ensuring the optimal developmental and emotional well-­being of children within our care. The specialist will work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to identify and address individual children's needs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing age-­appropriate programs that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in child psychology, child development, and experience in a childcare or educational setting. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor the developmental progress of children across all domains (cognitive, social, emotional, physical).
Develop and implement individualized support plans for children with specific needs.
Provide guidance and training to educators on child development and best practices.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's well‑being at home and in the center.
Design and lead activities that promote social‑emotional learning and resilience.
Identify potential developmental concerns and facilitate referrals to appropriate specialists.
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.




Maintain accurate and confidential records of children's development and progress.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in child development and well‑being.
Requirements Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with children in an educational or therapeutic setting.
Strong knowledge of child psychology and developmental milestones.
Experience in assessing child development and creating intervention plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Proficiency in relevant software for record‑keeping and progress tracking.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for children's well‑being.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
