DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join our risk team. You will manage transaction alerts, contact cardholders to confirm information, and resolve authorization issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
The adecuado candidate has a strong background in fraud prevention, at least 3 years in transaction risk, and is fluent in English and Spanish. You will collaborate with investigations, strategy, and customer service to refine detection rules
