The Opportunity
Join our client as a Strategy Analyst in its Mexico City office. You will work on high-impact engagements covering corporate and business strategy, due diligence, investment decisions, and M&A.;

You will solve complex business problems through structured, data-driven analysis.

You will build financial and business models, market sizing, and analytical tools in Excel.

You will research markets, competitors, and industry trends, including expert interviews and survey analysis.

You will turn analysis into clear insights and help present recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

You will develop deep industry knowledge and grow quickly with increasing responsibility.

You will contribute to internal initiatives such as recruiting, mentoring, and community projects.

The role follows a hybrid work model based in Mexico City.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in any field (engineering, economics, finance, business, sciences, and others are all welcome).





1–2 years of direct experience in consulting, ideally in strategy, transactions, or advisory practices. Consulting experience is a must.

Exposure to clients in traditional industries is a plus.

Fluent English (C1 level or higher), as you will work on international projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid case-solving ability.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Resilience in a fast-paced, demanding environment: high tolerance for stress and frustration, and the ability to take feedback and keep moving.

Energized by variety and new challenges rather than routine.

Curious, open, and collaborative, with a calm, grounded, and approachable personality.

Eager to learn and grow in strategy consulting over the coming years (not currently applying to MBA programs).

Work Authorization Requirements

Applicants must be authorized to work in Mexico on a full-time basis.

A valid U.S. visa is strongly preferred for international travel and training.
