Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad range of roles, ensuring efficient and effective candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing advanced search techniques and professional networks.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and updates throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure data integrity.
Stay current with industry trends, labor market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in remote recruitment contexts.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.
Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team, ensuring consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong understanding of various sourcing methodologies.
Proven ability to successfully recruit for diverse roles, including technical and executive positions, ideally with experience in remote recruitment.
