We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Python Software Engineer to drive high-quality delivery across Python services and modern React/NextJS front ends in Scrum. You will pair with the team on AWS, PostgreSQL, FastAPI, and Infrastructure as Code, lead code reviews, and apply AI (including Claude) in the SDLC.ResponsibilitiesDeliver back-end and front-end development work across the product scopeCollaborate with teammates to streamline and improve the development processReview code and uphold high engineering and quality standardsParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to the agile workflowTroubleshoot and fix bugs and vulnerabilities quickly and effectivelyApply AI tools and approaches throughout the software development lifecycleRequirementsHands-on experience of 5+ years with Python, FastAPI, and Infrastructure as CodePractical experience with AWS and PostgreSQL relational databaseProficiency with ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScriptWorking knowledge of Tailwind, RESTful APIs, and JSONSolid understanding of SOLID principles, REST, and design patternsProven experience working with Agile methodologies,
