You will translate complex engineering changes into actionable standards, lead safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement on the inverter line.
You will manage engineering changes, participate in root-cause investigations, and ensure alignment with integral quality and audit standards, including PFMEA, QOS, and KPI tracking.
