Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and validate flight control laws and algorithms for various aircraft platforms.
Create mathematical models and simulations of aircraft dynamics and control systems.
Implement control algorithms using programming languages such as C/C++ and leverage tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
Conduct extensive simulations to analyze system performance, stability, and robustness.
Develop and execute test plans for flight control systems, both in simulation and potentially on test rigs.
Collaborate closely with aerodynamicists, system architects,



and software engineers in a remote environment.
Analyze flight test data and refine control algorithms based on results.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety requirements.
Document all design, development, and testing activities comprehensively.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and research in flight control systems.
Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in control systems. Significant experience (5+ years) in the design and implementation of flight control systems. Expertise in control theory, including modern and classical control techniques. Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink). Strong programming skills in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems. Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation and testing is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
