Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, email, SEO, SEM) to attract potential buyers for vacation properties.

Create compelling marketing collateral, including property descriptions, virtual tours, and presentations.

Generate and qualify leads through online channels and networking.

Conduct virtual property tours and provide detailed information to prospective clients.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on the Cancún property market.





Analyze campaign performance and sales data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate developments in Quintana Roo .

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the real estate industry or luxury goods sector.

Demonstrable success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.

Excellent sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, suitable for a remote role.

Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.

A passion for the real estate market , particularly in tourist destinations like Cancún .

Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
