This role is focused on the sale and marketing of land properties, catering to developers, investors, and individual buyers. The idóneo candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of land use, zoning regulations, and the local real estate market in Mexicali . You will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, showcasing available land parcels, negotiating terms, and managing the sales process through to closing. Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue leads for land sales and development opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, developers, and investors.

Market available land properties through various channels, including online listings, networking, and direct outreach.

Conduct site visits and present detailed information about land parcels, including topography, zoning, and access.

Analyze market data to advise clients on pricing and investment potential.

Negotiate sales contracts and ensure all legal requirements are met.

Facilitate the closing process,

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on land or raw property sales preferred.
