Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations and site characterization studies.
Design deep foundation systems, including piles, piers, and caissons, considering soil conditions and structural loads.
Analyze and design slope stabilization measures, such as retaining walls, soil nailing, and geosynthetics.
Perform geotechnical analyses using specialized software for soil mechanics and foundation engineering.
Develop detailed geotechnical reports, foundation designs,



and construction specifications.
Oversee geotechnical field investigations, including drilling, sampling, and in-situ testing.
Provide technical guidance and supervision during the construction of foundations and earthworks.
Ensure compliance with relevant geotechnical engineering codes, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate geotechnical designs into overall project plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex geotechnical issues encountered during construction.
Perform quality assurance and quality control for geotechnical works.
Stay current with advancements in geotechnical engineering technologies and methodologies.
Requirements Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in deep foundations and slope stability analysis and design.
Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., Plaxis, GeoStudio, LPILE, WALLAP).
Strong understanding of soil mechanics, engineering geology, and foundation principles.
Experience with field investigation techniques and laboratory testing interpretation.
Ability to interpret soil profiles and provide practical design solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and team collaboration.
Familiarity with Mexican geotechnical standards and regulations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in the Culiacán, Sinaloa region is a plus.
