Job Description Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the site.
Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
Develop and execute short- and long-term site strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion organizational transformation and change management efforts.
Build, coach, and develop leadership teams while fostering a high-performance environment.
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to achieve business goals and support future growth.
Monitor key operational metrics and implement actions to improve performance and efficiency.
Strengthen employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning across the organization.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Site Director,



Plant Director, Operations Director, or equivalent senior manufacturing leader.
Strong track record leading complex manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and business transformation initiatives.
Extensive experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead large, multi-level teams.
Experience managing organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within regional and integral organizational structures.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
Fluent English & Spanish is required.
