Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
Develop and implement account plans tailored to meet each client's unique financial objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling financial products and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.




Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and performance reports to clients.
Stay abreast of financial market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities impacting client strategies.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry.
Proven ability to manage and grow large, complex client accounts.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets.
