Vistance Networks in Apodaca, NL is seeking a Network Technical Support Engineer to join our customer-facing team. You will troubleshoot networking and telecom solutions, investigate issues, and provide clear solutions to clients.
The idóneo candidate has about 2 years in technical support or NOC, strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and basic Linux, plus solid English and communication skills. A related Bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience with Cisco/Juniper is a plus.
