Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptual design phase for all new projects, developing unique and innovative architectural ideas.
Mentor and inspire junior designers and architects, guiding their creative development.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling design proposals.
Develop and present master plans, conceptual drawings, renderings, and models.
Ensure design concepts are feasible and align with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct research on innovative materials, technologies, and sustainable design strategies.
Review and critique design work from the team, providing constructive feedback.
Present design proposals to internal teams, clients,



and at public forums.
Contribute to the firm's overall design philosophy and standards.

Requirements Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
At least 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong emphasis on conceptualization and design leadership.
Demonstrated portfolio of award-winning or highly recognized conceptual design work.
Expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max) and rendering software.
Exceptional visual communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate design teams.
In-depth knowledge of architectural history, theory, and contemporary design trends.
Understanding of sustainable design principles and their integration into conceptual frameworks.
Familiarity with building codes and construction methods is beneficial.
Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
