You will handle requests via phone, web, and email, manage a personal caseload, and liaise with Engineering, Marketing and Professional Services to ensure rapid, high-quality resolutions.
Adecuado candidates will have a CS/Engineering background, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English.
