About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of individual and family needs to identify challenges and strengths.

Develop and implement individualized case plans, setting clear goals and objectives.

Provide counseling and support services to clients facing various social, emotional, and economic difficulties.

Facilitate access to community resources, including healthcare, education, employment, and housing services.

Organize and lead workshops, support groups, and community outreach initiatives.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records and program documentation.

Collaborate with other social service agencies, government bodies, and community stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.

Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the community and relevant systems.

Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as necessary.





Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social work, community development, or a similar role.

Proven experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.

In-depth knowledge of social welfare policies and resources available in Chihuahua .

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using case management software and standard office applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Empathy, patience, and a strong ethical compass.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
