Key Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis and modeling of power systems, including load flow, fault analysis, and transient stability studies.
Design and develop solutions for power system protection, control, and automation.
Evaluate the impact of integrating renewable energy sources into the existing grid infrastructure.
Develop strategies for improving power quality and system reliability.
Utilize specialized software for power system simulation and analysis (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including grid operators, renewable energy developers, and research institutions.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.




Stay abreast of industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in power system engineering.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to power system operation.
Requirements Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
5+ years of experience in power system analysis, design, and operation.
Proven expertise in power system modeling and simulation software.
In-depth knowledge of power system protection, control, and stability concepts.
Experience with renewable energy integration challenges and solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with grid codes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is desirable.
