Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic communication plans for public and government affairs.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, community groups, and government officials.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the company's operations.
Craft policy briefs, position papers, and advocacy materials.
Manage the company's reputation and respond to public inquiries on sensitive issues.
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and public consultations.
Advise leadership on public affairs strategies and potential challenges.
Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams on communication matters.




Requirements Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or strategic communications, preferably with a focus on policy.
Proven track record in influencing public policy and managing stakeholder relationships.
Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
Fluency in English is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of the political and regulatory environment in Mexico.
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
Ability to think strategically and translate complex information into clear communications.
Strong networking and influencing skills.
